About Me
I used to think I needed to find the "right title” to define my life, accomplishments and my journey forward. But over time, I’ve come to see that wrapping ourselves in labels doesn’t serve us. They can limit who we are and what we’re capable of. For over a decade, I’ve devoted myself to studying Eastern wisdom traditions, integrating the teachings with my own ancestral native roots and lived experience… And along the way, I realized something vital: We are not made whole by a title or a label or searching for our purpose. We are the living expression of the very wisdom we seek. We are the purpose.
True growth stems from embracing our own discomfort and learning how to weave through these life experiences..
I’ve learned that the search for certainty often holds us back — because certainty is a myth. It can trap us, making us feel stuck or unworthy, and block the path of our soul’s dharma. Life is wild, uncertain, and deeply sacred. Nothing is promised — not tomorrow, not the people we love, not even our own becoming.
At some point, I let go of the need to know what comes next. Instead, I embraced the wild and imperfect journey of the unknown and realized that joy isn’t something fleeting; it’s a constant companion, available even in the most daunting moments. There’s a kind of freedom in shedding everything that holds us back, allowing our bodies to move beyond logic and expectations. It’s in this open space, in the mystery of it all, that I continue to stay curious, stay present, and stay open to whatever unfolds.
