I’m holding a really special event later this month in Portland, and I’d love to invite you to join me.
It’s called Sacred Song & Sound Immersion — a two-hour experience to slow down, sip nourishing medicinal mushroom tea, and settle into a meditative journey through sound and song. We’ll begin with an adaptogenic mushroom tea ceremony, creating space to land in the body and anchor into intention. If mushroom tea isn’t for you, rose tea will also be available as a gentle alternative.
After tea, we’ll ease into gentle song — a space where voices meet, not to impress or perfect, but to remember. To feel. To let sound be a bridge back to the body. You don’t need to be a singer — just willing to let your breath become sound.
Then we’ll move into a sound bath journey, where I’ll guide you through a meditative soundscape using crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other harmonic instruments. The invitation is to release, rest, and return to yourself.
What to bring:

A yoga mat, blanket, pillow — anything for your cozy nest
Water, journal, and anything you’d like to place on the altar
